I am not a design and build. I enjoy taking the time to think creatively through tricky situations. I am budget conscious. I enjoy working within your budget and am not paid based on what I can sell you, but for finding the solution that works for your budget.

I prioritize native plants (which support our native butterflies and birds) and plant communities (which promote healthy soils and healthy plants). However, I do incorporate non-native species as needed. I will not bring any of the 198 invasive species that plague Maryland onto your property.

Having raised my family on my small property, I know how important every space is. I empower families to work within their budget to get the most out of their property.

An extra example is my “Purchase and Place” Clients often find it helpful for me to source, purchase and place their plants This insures they receive the right, healthy plant. This service is an additional 15% of the purchase plant price. Well worth it when you consider the complexities of multiple cultivars on the market today.

It’s always $50 for hour long service calls. This includes meeting with contractors, in situ advice and brainstorming solutions. Work done at your request after the visit will be based on the service you request.
