Commitment.
In 2013 the neglected garden at St. Andrew by the Bay in Annapolis found a gardener. One of Rhonda’s longest, constantly maintained gardens now boasts of tulip displays for Easter, a butterfly garden for summer and seasonal decor for Christmas.
